General (Driving License Verification)
Applicants who are applying for letter of authenticity of the license or requesting confirmation of name as appearing in license etc must also fill the statuary declaration signed by Notary Public or J.P. and submit the same in original. This declaration would be enclosed in the letter addressed to the relevant RTA.
You have to attach a self addressed return envelope if you are sending documents by post. Alternatively, you can send the documents through email at: info.melbourne@mofa.gov.pk.
Processing Fee: AU$ 20.00
Submitting fake documents, including fraudulent Ministry attestations, is a felony under Commonwealth Law. If you submit fake documents with your license verification application you will be reported to the Police, which will prohibit any future chance you may have of obtaining a license.

4. Postal Money Order / Certified Bank Cheque / Bank Draft also EFTPOS for the processing fee amounting to AUD $20.00 in favor of ‘Consulate General of Pakistan Melbourne”.

Frequently Asked Questions (Driving License Verification)
While the submission of a No Objection Certificate (NOC) is not mandatory, it is considered a supporting document. Should you wish to provide one, please ensure that the NOC is attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pakistan, or its designated camp offices.
Additionally, driving license record should be available online.
Please note that there is no exact time frame for receiving such verifications.
